18K GOLD PIGEON BLOOD RUBY DIAMOND BRACELET

Pigeon blood is the color rubies are measured against: a red so saturated it seems lit from within. We set a line of them, marquise after marquise, so the bracelet reads as one unbroken ribbon of red around the wrist, and we interrupted it only once, with an oval of pavé diamonds at the center that catches the light the rubies hold. The links move with the hand; nothing about it is stiff. Each stone is set by hand in 18K yellow gold in our workshop, and because the rubies are matched one to the next, we make this piece to order.
